You have provided a somewhat proficient analysis of your feedback, giving examples of both positive and negative comments received, and mentioning what was done to improve your video; however, you have not elaborated on how this feedback was beneficial to you enough.

1) Elaborate on how this feedback would benefit you if you were in the music industry - if doesn't appeal to TA, then no one will 'buy into' artist
2) Explain clearly why it is important to evaluate your work
3) Elaborate on other ways in which you received feedback other than youtube
